CrossFit RGTC is not your average gym that you’ll find in Weston, Davie, or Sunrise. We are a community of people of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels who sweat together, set goals and challenge ourselves daily!

I started Crossfit about 6 months ago after being hesitant for years based on the reputation (bad for you, you’ll get hurt, not good on your body, etc) Crossfit in general has. I am happy to say with the coaches at this box that reputation goes out the window. They truly dedicate themselves to making their athletes the best individuals they can be and do it in the safest way. Every day is a new exciting challenge. Been CrossFitting on-and-off since 12/2010 (more of than on… lol) and have been both a member and a drop-in at about 20 different boxes. Natalia, Jose, and the their support team (Irene, Rodrigo, Alessia, Danny, etc…) make this box top of my list. The tone here is more about community and building each other up. Whether your goals are anywhere from “getting active again” to “training for competitive CrossFit,” the fitness programming is top-notch and the certified coaches are experts at appropriate scaling for any level.

Jose, Natalia,Rodrigo, and the entire RGTC team take the time to modify the exercises for each individual athlete, regardless of their current level of fitness. We’re a unique and strong community of people who work together to make what formerly seemed impossible into our daily reality. We love what we do and we love meeting new people and introducing them to it!

We are here to help you achieve your goals and create lasting change. Our personal training option is for those who are seeking a personalized program or for those who prefer the one-on-one environment. It’s appropriate for anyone — from age five to age 100 and from “couch potato” to elite athlete. We will create a personalized program to help you reach your highest potential.
You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. That’s why we offer nutrition coaching and guidance to our athletes. Our nutrition program starts with a consult, where you will learn the principles of the foundation of fitness. We will teach you how to make healthy choices, how to plan meals, and how to make a lifestyle change vs. just taking on another “diet.” We offer lasting results and a program you can follow long-term without feeling deprived.
